Venture Identity Rules (permanent)
- ShareOS = infrastructure platform (stack.shareos.ai). ShareClaw = consumer app, on-ramp to 1440. Never conflate.
- instill = always lowercase. Dean Carter is CEO. Dual-nature: a vertical company AND a horizontal Team-workstream tool. Nike is an instance within instill, NOT "Nike plus Instill."
- 1440 ≠ ShareHealth. Different ventures. Celli = conversational sign-up system for 1440.
- Feno = provider-focused, NOT consumer-facing. "fenome" engine is for providers/dentists. Consumer product = Smartbrush.
- Sensate = Share Fund portfolio (external investment only, NOT Foundry).
- deckagent.ai = our venture (internal: deck-agent). NOT an external competitor.
- Dual-nature ventures: instill, Inventist, Sharepro — each is both a standalone company AND a horizontal ShareOS tool.
