7 Stages (the lifecycle)
Explore → Generate → Validate → Pilot → Launch → Scale → Exit
Hard stage rules: - NEVER assign revenue targets to Explore or Generate stage ventures. - Human % should plateau and recover at Scale (not keep rising linearly). - Stage gates are HARD.
